We understand the importance of trying something on before making a commitment, so we want you to be able to experience Forte in the comfort of your home, risk free. We think you’ll love our products, but if they’re not a fit simply ship back in the original packaging within 14 days.

Custom Embroidered Products:

Customized product is not returnable.  Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for delivery of custom embroidery orders during the holiday season.

Product Returns & Exchanges: 
We want you to have time to try on your order. Full refund or exchanges are accepted up to 14 days from actual delivery when meeting item condition requirements below.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your return.

Upon approval your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

International Product Returns & Exchanges: 
For all international orders, kindly note that the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. This means that if you wish to return an item, you will need to bear the cost of shipping it back to our store.

We encourage our international customers to thoroughly review product details, sizing, and any other relevant information before making a purchase to minimize the need for returns.

Item Condition Requirements for Returns & Exchanges:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with all tags, and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be returned in the original packaging. Face masks must be in unopened packaging to meet requirements.

Sale Item Returns & Exchanges:
All discounted sale items are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged.
